Sagonga [suh-gong-uh]: An experience involving the combination of Amazonian Sananga ceremony with an immersive Sound Journey skillfully using the frequencies of 5 different gongs.
I am offering a Sananga Ceremony & Gong Bath experience on the evening of January 13th at 7:00pm, inside of Quintessence Yoga Studio. This is a powerful experience in which guests will be served the safe & legal Amazonian plant sacrament Sananga, and receive at least an entire hour of vibrational sound therapy through the use of gongs and other instruments.

Sananga is an eyedrop made from a medicinal shrub in the Amazon rainforest. It has been indicated and studied in many miraculous healings of eye ailments, and has been used historically to sharpen the vision, especially at night. Also used to decalcify the pineal gland, Sananga is known to connect us with our intuition & psychic gifts, and helps us to reach visionary states without the use of psychedelics/hallucinogens. Sananga releases stress, tension, anxiety, and fear from the body, and brings our mind into a peaceful, serene state.

Vibrational Sound Therapy is a proven method of holistic healing, which utilizes the frequencies and vibrations of sound to effect the mind, body, heart, and soul. In a Sound Journey, there are many primary instruments used in order to induce a trance-like state, and relax the body. These instruments create an ethereal soundscape that envelops the senses, calms the body, and drops us into a subconscious state. While in this space, the mind unlocks, the body untenses, and the heart lowers active defenses. This gives us the ability to travel our own inner worlds, observing the energies, emotions, and thoughts that have been stuck inside of us. Through this sound-induced introspection, we are able to release the unhealthy buildup in our bodies; trapped emotions, disease, unhealthy thought patterns, trauma, physical symptoms, and more. During the experience, one may experience a release of emotions, have closed-eye visions, feel physical sensations in the body, or even fall asleep. All is normal and to be expected, and I can help you understand what was experienced. Coming back from the journey, there is a noticeable peace, calm, clarity, and lightness that is left filling the body. This is a unique experience that is different each and every time.

This experience will be held indoors inside of the yoga studio at Quintessence Yoga. Please come inside and relax in the lobby/waiting area if you arrive before I open the door to the event studio.
